This programme aims to empower and inspire students while laying the foundation for lasting positive impacts in their legal education. It marks the beginning of an exciting and transformative journey. The Bachelor of Laws (LLB) is accredited by the Council on Higher Education (CHE) and registered with the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) and Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET), ensuring that the LLB is aligned with national quality standards. “The evolving legal landscape requires us to rethink how we educate and prepare future legal professionals,” says Dr Gretchen Adams, Programme Coordinator for the LLB. “Our curriculum combines theoretical knowledge with practical application to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and expertise needed to excel in an increasingly complex and digitised legal environment, developing well-rounded legal practitioners.” #### Redefining Legal Education for a Changing Society The Boston LLB is designed as a transformative journey for individuals who aspire to enter the legal profession with confidence, integrity, and purpose. Built on the foundation of “knowing, being, and doing,” this comprehensive programme provides students with a robust understanding of legal principles, critical thinking skills, and practical competencies necessary to excel in the dynamic legal sphere. The Open Distance e-Learning (ODeL) format allows students to balance their studies with personal and career commitments while maintaining access to quality education resources and support. The inclusion of all textbooks at no additional cost makes for a more seamless experience.
